The two main apartment buildings create an almost classical entrance to the site. Centred between these two prominent buildings views through the site across gardens lead the eye towards the riverside. The buildings which house, apartments, residents amenity facilities together with an element of commercial / retail space are layered from 5 – 9 storeys in height. This layering is continued in the architectural language of the buildings with deep window reveals, balconies and other techniques to add depth to the elevational treatment
