Never complacent Horizon | fletcher-rae strives to be ahead of its competitors in terms of new innovative design and technical solutions. Respected for our commercial, common-sense approach to problem solving we are often asked to develop schemes for delivery that have been conceived by other Architects that prove difficult to implement. Our approach to Value Engineering or ‘Commercial Design Appraisal’, as we would prefer to call it, makes us the ‘Consultant of Choice’ by many clients and contractors.
Simple re-interpretation and planning can often unlock new or added value for clients that make schemes viable. With our multi-sector experience, we can utilise experience from many project types to gain a commercial edge or workable design solution.
