Bounded on three sides by water, the site’s maritime heritage and sensitive location have strongly influenced the design concept of this important development. Four individual buildings, housing 552 Apartments and Leisure space, are linked by a series of ‘sky gardens’ at first floor level providing valuable recreation space and gardens for residents with secure car parking below.

The buildings are deliberately orientated and layered in a manner that allows them to sit comfortably on the dockside, maximise views of the river and marina beyond, meld into the surrounding landscape by creating a ‘dazzle ship’ camouflaged appearance whilst also creating links to the wider public realm and waterside walkways.
