This 525 Unit apartment scheme is seen as part of Salford’s continuing regeneration of former industrial and poor-quality infill sites across this area of the City. With continued housing growth the development incorporates 488 apartments and 37 townhouses together with associated commercial and amenity space across the four buildings linked by an upper piazza garden space which sits above secure parking.
The 4-tower scheme, known as ‘Regent Plaza’ is arranged in a series of blocks ranging from 8 storey’ up to 26 storeys. Scheduled for completion in 2024 the scheme is already changing the skyline of this important arterial route into Manchester City Centre.
