We had a vision to provide a level of luxury not normally associated with this type of accommodation. This vision was akin to a hotel concept where residents could benefit from a hotel concierge / lobby feel and utilise a menu of added benefits / services that could be provided on site.

The contemporary design principles employed on this scheme took their cues and inspiration from the site’s surrounding historical context. All of which created a high-quality building that revitalised this derelict corner plot on an important linkage between St Luke’s Church and St Georges Hall in Liverpool City Centre.
